Returns

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide details of the issue. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit or replacement of the item, since all orders are cash on delivery. We do not provide direct cash refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as personal-use accessories or items specifically marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.
