Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit or replacement of the item, since all orders are cash on delivery. We do not provide direct cash refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as personal-use accessories or items specifically marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.
